Director Anton Corbijn has added Joel Edgerton (Warrior, Zero Dark Thirty) to the cast of his upcoming Life, Variety reports. Edgerton joins previously-announced leads Robert Pattinson and Dane DeHaan.
Scripted by Luke Davies, Life is based on the true friendship formed between actor James Dean (DeHaan) and photojournalist Dennis Stock (Pattinson). Edgerton will play John Morris, Magnum’s photography editor.
Iain Canning, Christina Piovesan and Emile Sherman are attached to produce with production planned to begin in February 2014.
