Vintage educational shorts were a staple of Mystery Science Theater 3000‘s original run, with Joel, Mike and their robot friends often ridiculing films such as “Appreciating Our Parents,” “What To Do on a Date,” and “A Case of Spring Fever.” For The Mads: A Night of Shorts livestream, fans can expect Frank and Trace to riff on ridiculous shorts such as, More Dates For Kay, How Friendly Are You? and, just in time for Halloween, Halloween Safety Vol. 2.
The Mads: A Night of Shorts will broadcast via a private YouTube link which will be sent to ticket holders an hour prior to showtime. Ticket holders will also gain access to re-watch the show or download for personal viewing. The Mads are not offering downloads of the show for purchase after the broadcast ends, so the only way for fans to ensure they get to see the show will be to purchase a ticket prior to showtime on Tuesday, October 20 at 8 p.m. EST.
