According to the Film Music Reporter, Guardians of the Galaxy composer Tyler Bates will again be teaming up with long-time collaborator James Gunn as he have officially been tapped to score Warner Bros.’ highly-anticipated DCEU film The Suicide Squad. This project will be the sixth collaboration between Bates and Gunn, who have worked together on Slither, Super, Movie 43, and the first two Guardians of the Galaxy films.
Bates is clearly no stranger to high-profile projects as he is also best known for his work on action films such as: Zack Snyder’s 300, and Sucker Punch; David Leitch’s Deadpool 2; and Derek Kolstad’s massive blockbuster film franchise of John Wick.
