After a big year in 2019 with four Golden Globe-nominated original films, Dolemite is My Name, The Irishman, Marriage Story and The Two Popes, Netflix is looking forward to another big year in 2020 with 21 new original films and has taken to Twitter to unveil the full list of releases including projects from David Fincher (Mindhunter), Ron Howard (Solo: A Star Wars Story) and Spike Lee (BlacKkKlansman).

Last year saw Netflix debut 47 original films, everything from horror efforts Velvet Buzzsaw and In the Tall Grass to big-budget efforts such as Triple Frontier, The Irishman and 6 Underground, the highly-anticipated film conclusion to Breaking Bad, El Camino, and the dramedies The Laundromat, Marriage Story and Dolemite is My Name.
The new year and decade will see David Fincher continue his partnership on the streaming service with the highly-anticipated biopic Mank telling the story of Citizen Kane writer Herman J. Mankiewicz. The two currently work together on the acclaimed crime thriller series Mindhunter, on which he executive produces alongside Charlize Theron (Bombshell) and has directed seven of the 19 episodes.

In addition to numerous original films, the streaming service will also see the premieres of sequels to a few of its original films including To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You and The Kissing Booth 2.
