After departing Death Wish earlier this year, Joe Carnahan appears to have found his next project. The Hollywood Reporter brings word that the The Grey director is in talks to write and direct an adaptation of Chuck Hogan’s novel Devils in Exile. The film version will be titled Sugar Bandits.

When Neal Maven and a crew of fellow Iraq War veterans begin ripping off Boston-area drug dealers for profit, their lives are quickly put into jeopardy.
