SM Entertainment’s K-pop supergroup Red Velvet has unveiled the release date, time, and tracklist of their new comeback album, Cosmic. The summer comeback of the award-winning group has teased colorful images and themes hinting at a brighter concept of the album.
Red Velvet is celebrating its 11th year in the K-pop industry. Since its debut in 2014, the group has been a constant fan favorite. Apart from the die-hard K-pop fanbase, the group often gets mention from renowned singers and actresses. International critics are equally in awe of the act, as Red Velvet has been dubbed one of the most promising K-pop groups of the third generation.
Red Velvet new album Cosmic release date & time
K-pop band Red Velvet will release their new comeback album Cosmic on June 24 at 6 p.m. KST, 5 a.m. ET, 2 a.m. PT, 10 a.m. BST, 11 a.m. CET, and 2.30 p.m. IST. The album’s title track MV will be unveiled simultaneously on the official YouTube SMTOWN channel.
Before the release, SM Entertainment shared a new trailer video that pays homage to the past decade of Red Velvet’s career. The trailer has many Easter eggs that hint at various eras of the K-pop girl group. In the trailer, Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, Joy, and Yeri travel from beaches to forests, exploring many artifacts and trying out tarot cards.
At the end of the video, the girls travel through a tunnel and reach a new green valley. The scene signifies the group’s new beginning after spending ten years in the K-pop industry.
Red Velvet’s Cosmic tracklist
The tracklist of Red Velvet’s new album Cosmic includes six new tracks. According to the music label, the tracks will be a mix of genres, including pop. The “Cosmic” title track is a dynamic pop dance song with colorful synth strings and disco rhythms.

Following the comeback, Red Velvet will hold multiple fan concerts in Asian cities in August. The group will start their Fan Con 2024 tour on August 3 at the Olympic Handball Gymnasium in Seoul, South Korea. Later, they will travel to Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and China for the 2024 concerts.
