BTS RM dropped a new song, “Come Back To Me,” on May 10. The pre-released track features a star-studded cast of Korean and American actors, including Joseph Lee, Kim A Hyun, Lee Sukhyeong, and more stars.
Followed by the pre-released track, Kim Namjoon, aka RM, will unveil his comeback album, Right Place, Wrong Person, on May 24. After his official solo debut with Indigo, RM fans are counting the days until the new album, which teases to reveal a new side of the K-pop star.
Kim Namjoon’s Right Place Wrong Person first video reveals cast
BTS RM’s Right Place Wrong Person era started with a video of Come Back To Me. The cinematic masterpiece tells a compelling story of Namjoon’s emotional state. In the video, he witnesses different versions of himself ‘trapped’ in various crucial times as he navigates a way to find happiness.
The Come Back To Me music video features numerous actors, including Kim Minha, Beef star Joseph Lee, Lee Sukhyeong, Kim A Hyun, Choi Seung-yoon, Lee Sanghee, Kang Gilwoo, and Gi So You.
Primetime Emmy-nominated actor Joseph Lee has also shared some behind-the-scenes footage of BTS RM‘s new music video on his Instagram. The BTS pictures of the two legends show their closeness, making fans excited for a future A24XRM collaboration.
Meanwhile, BTS RM’s latest album will come almost two years after his official solo debut, Indigo, released on December 2, 2022. The K-pop album contained ten tracks and featured several renowned artists, including Anderson. Paak, Tablo, Paul Blanco, Colde, Erykah Badu, Cherry Filter’s Youjeen, and Park Ji-Yoon.
The album peaked at number 3 on the US Billboard 200, 1 on the Billboard’s World Albums Chart, and 2 on South Korea’s Circle Album Chart. In addition to its sales, music critics worldwide highly praised the album. Billboard ranked the album number 1 on their year-end 25 Best K-pop Albums of 2022 list. Genius Korea also included it at number 1 on their Best K-Pop Albums of 2023 list.
