Dare to Love Me episode 3 aired on May 20, 2024. KBS2’s ongoing K-drama is garnering the audience’s attention because of Kim Myung-Soo and Lee Yoo-Young‘s chemistry. Based on a webtoon, the rom-com drama revolves around two drastically different characters, Shin Yoon-Bok and Kim Hong-Do.
The storyline revolves around a 21st-century man, Shin Yoon-Bok (Kim Myung-Soo), who believes in Confucian values and still lives in the Joseon era. He respects the elderly so much that he cannot even let his teacher touch him. However, he doesn’t know how to express his feelings. On the other hand, his teacher, Kim Hong-Do, works for a design company. Hong-Do (Lee Yoo-Young) is a passionate designer who gets crushed by her seniors every day. As the plot progresses, viewers will get to see how their unique love story blooms.
Dare to Love Me episode 3: How Lee Yoo-Young deals with struggles at work?
The episode begins with Kim Hong-Do crying uncontrollably on the streets while it’s raining heavily. Shin Yoon-Bok (Kim Myung-Soo) comes to her rescue with an umbrella. He lets himself get drenched in the rain while trying to get her under the umbrella because, as per his values, he cannot share it with his teacher. This leads to them sharing a cute moment. Later, Hong-Do thinks about when Yoon-Bok got so handsome. She figures out that he has become taller and even stronger than before.
In the next scene, Hong-Do reaches her office. Her senior reacts dramatically and says she is quitting her position. Everyone at the place starts to bash Hong-Do. After listening to their blabber for a while, she takes a firm stand and says she won’t let them walk all over her, and she quits.
In the meantime, Camille Jang (Bae Jong-Ok) appears and hires Kim Hong-Do. She cannot believe that she is getting a chance to work with such a top-class designer. Camille asks her to work with her, but she also gives out a few disciplinary measures. Camille reveals that she has chosen Seoul to be her next runaway, and for the event, she asks Hong-Do to add some authentic stuff that will add the South Korean vibe to her work. Kim Hong-Do goes out to do a survey and figure out what she can add to Camille’s runway.
Dare to Love Me episode 3 further shows Shin Yoon-Bok, in the process of finding out the culprit, gets another lead. He meets Oh Yoon-Ah (Yoon-Bok’s secretary and bodyguard) and approaches a few more places to figure out the truth. However, he doesn’t feel well and goes back home. After drenching in the rain, Yoon-Bok is too sick to get up and is left unconscious. Knowing his health condition, Kim Hong-Do feels responsible for it. They come a little close to each other. It seems they have each other’s backs.
