Popular Korean reality competition Physical: 100 Season 2 – Underground aired its final two episodes on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 4 p.m. KST on Netflix. The series features a total of 100 contestants, both physically and mentally fit, competing in various gruesome challenges. These quests test their limits, but they keep moving forward to win the challenges, survive, and make it to the end. The winner not only wins a grand cash prize of 300 million KRW but also earns the credit of having the ideal physique.
Episode 8 of Physical: 100 Season 2 – Underground saw the remaining contestants battling it in the fourth quest to determine the finalists. In one of the most challenging battles of the season, four teams embarked upon the challenge, out of which four individuals survived. At the quest’s end, Hong Beom Seok, Justin Harvey, Andre Jin, and Amotti made it to the competition’s final round.
Physical: 100 Season 2 – Underground saw contestants battle in fourth quest ahead of finals
The latest Physical: 100 Season 2 – Underground episode began with the contestants still finishing off with the third quest, the team delegate match. The remaining teams do their best to ensure they move forward to the fourth quest. By the end of Quest 3, four teams and their team leaders won, and the rest were eliminated.

The 20 remaining contestants proceeded towards the fourth quest. This was their final chance to get into the final round and earn a chance at winning the title. Meanwhile, ahead of the Quest 4, the contestants were greeted with protein-rich food. These included chicken, lamb, roasted cashews, salads, and more. While some happily enjoyed this rare luxury, others felt this was their “last supper.”
Upon reaching the battleground for their fourth quest, the contestants remained anxious about what it would entail. Meanwhile, Andre Jin’s team member Chang Yong-Heung dropped out of the competition. He went on to join his team as the rugby captain at the Asian Games. Andre Jin’s team had to compete as four individuals instead of five.
The contestants desperately hoped for it to be a team match once again. However, they discovered that Quest 4 was an intra-team survival challenge. For the quest, the contestants had to battle against their team members for survival. This left them disheartened at the thought of going against people they had become close to.
In Quest 4, the contestants had to drag rollers weighing 150 kg from the opposite side of the starting line and bring them beyond the starting point. After pushing two rollers, they had to return to where the rollers were positioned. Races took place in four rounds. The contestant who came in last every round had to leave the competition. Meanwhile, the winner from each team proceeded to battle in the final round for a chance to win the title.
After one of their most challenging battles during the quest, many contestants faced several obstacles. For some, their legs and body gave up in the middle. But for others, it became a matter of endurance, and only the strongest survived. Hong Beom Seok, Justin Harvey, Andre Jin, and Amotti ultimately won Quest 4 and made it to the finals.
