The new K-drama Hide will soon premiere on JTBC, starring Lee Bo-Young as the lead. Alongside her, several talented actors have joined the cast, including Kim Yun-Seo and Kim Sang-Ho.
Although they are supporting actors, their roles are pivotal to the storyline. The suspense thriller K-drama revolves around a former prosecutor/lawyer, Na Moon-Young’s (Bo-Young) life. Once, a happily married woman becomes devastated after her husband Cha Sung-Jae’s (Lee Moo-Saeng) sudden disappearance. She begins her solo search for her missing spouse when she realizes she cannot trust anyone.
Meanwhile, the series will include many characters that will appear as suspects. Hide will premiere on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 10.30 p.m. KST on JTBC.
Hide cast: Kim Yun-Seo and Kim Sang-Ho’s characters revealed
The upcoming K-drama Hide consists of a stellar cast. With Lee Bo-Young as the lead, it also stars Lee Moo-Saeng, Lee Chung-Ah, and Lee Min-Jae. Additionally, actors Kim Yun-Seo and Kim Sang-Ho will appear in supporting roles.
As per Ten Asia’s report, Sang-Ho will portray the character of a veteran police officer, Baek Min-Yeop. While his retirement is a few months away, his peaceful few working days are disturbed when Bo-Young’s Moon-Young approaches him. The police officer has never shared a good relationship with the former prosecutor; however, he reunites with her to uncover the truth about her husband’s disappearance.
Meanwhile, as per Xports, Kim Yun-Seo’s character, Kim Yum-Seon, is quite interesting. She portrays a regular office worker who lacks financially but has materialistic desires. Because of an incident, she gets entangled in Moon-Young and Sung-Jae’s lives.
On the other hand, Chung-Ah will play Moon-Young’s neighbor Ha Yeon-Joo. Moon-Young becomes suspicious of her after her husband’s disappearance. Another main character is Min-Jae, who plays Do Jin-Woo. He will appear as a mysterious guy who is an important key to the case.
Hide K-drama will air twice weekly on Saturday and Sunday starting from March 23, 2024, on JTBC. It will also stream on Viki.
