KBS2‘s upcoming highly anticipated K-drama Beauty and Mr. Romantic dropped new pictures of Ji Hyun-Woo. In the photos, the actor is showcasing different expressions as his character, Go Pil-Seung.
This rom-com drama is directed by Hong Seok-Gu and is penned by Kim Sa-Keung. The storyline revolves around a passionate actress, Park Do-Ra (Im Soo-Hyang). She meets Go Pil-Seung (Ji Hyun-Woo), a producing director when she faces a slump in her career. However, he becomes her biggest supporter and helps her get back on her feet. And, in the process, love blooms between them. However, there’s more to their story.
Ahead of the drama’s premiere, the photos and trailer videos are already causing quite a stir among the viewers. Fans are eager to see Im So-Hyang and Ji Hyun-Woo‘s new pair-up and their on-screen chemistry.
Ji Hyun-Woo exudes different looks in Beauty and Mr. Romantic
KBS shared a new set of pictures of Ji Hyun-Woo on their official Instagram handle. In the photos, Hyun-Woo is giving different expressions. In the first one, he looks quite calm and content, but in the second one, he looks worried. However, in the third photo, he is displaying a surprised expression.
In the drama Beauty and Mr. Romantic, Ji Hyun-Woo plays the passionate producing director, Go Pil-Seung, who knows nothing other than to work. But, his life changes after meeting actress Park Do-Ra. In the series, they meet when she is going through a rough patch in her career. But this is not the first time they are meeting. They have a tangled childhood as well.
Beauty and Mr. Romantic is slated to release on March 23, 2024, at 7:55 p.m. KST on KBS. Viewers can also stream the episodes on Viki.
