The much-awaited K-drama Death’s Game, starring Seo In-Guk and Park So-Dam as leads, recently released brand-new photos. It introduces three new cast appearances – Ryeoun, Kim Sung-Cheol, and Yoo In-Soo. They will accompany the already existing star-studded ensemble cast of the drama. The series follows the story of a man named Choi Yi-Jae (Seo In-Guk), who gets sentenced to 12 haunting life and death cycles by Death (Park So-Dam) herself.
Based on a webtoon of the same name, Death’s Game documents a man’s 12 chances at life. The drama will have viewers think about the concept of life and death as Choi Yi-Jae reincarnates as 12 different people. Each reincarnation will entail a different story and a different end to life, each portrayed by a specific cast member. This one-of-a-kind drama has already gained significant attention from viewers.
The K-drama premieres on Friday, December 15, 2023, on TVING and Amazon Prime Video.
Seo In-Guk’s Death’s Game introduces three new cast appearances
Death’s Game is one of the most-awaited K-drama releases this year. In the newly released photos, three new cast members, Ryeoun, Kim Sung-Cheol, and Yoo In-Soo, will make their appearances in the drama. The three actors play different roles in the show, as is evident from the place settings and their outfits. They might play roles in each of Choi Yi-Jae’s reincarnations. Viewers will have to tune in to find out.
Ryeoun was last seen on the tvN drama Twinkling Watermelon. He has previously worked with Death’s Game director Ha Byung-Hoon in the popular K-drama 18 Again. Ryeoun’s photo depicts him as an employee in an office with a nametag and a computer in front of him.
Kim Sung-Cheol has played a variety of roles in dramas like Do You Like Brahms?, Our Beloved Summer, and Arthdal Chronicles. He will be playing a central role in Death’s Game. In the photo, he is wearing a black suit, sitting at a restaurant, and speaking to someone.
Meanwhile, Yoo In-Soo, known for the drama Alchemy of Souls, will also contribute to Seo In-Guk’s life in the drama. As per a report, he will play a classmate of Kwon Hyuk-Soo (Kim Kang-Hoon).
