Vidyut Jammwal is known for his fitness regime, and he has been influencing millions with his chiseled physique. The actor and martial artist takes the internet by storm every time he posts pictures of himself in the wild. However, Jammwal’s latest pictures from his trip to the Himalayas have left netizens divided. Meanwhile, filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma recently reacted to them and praised the actor.
Vidyut Jammwal took to his Instagram handle to share a carousel of photos from his solo expedition to the Himalayas. The actor did not wear a piece of clothing in the photos and flaunted his muscular physique. He was seen cooking noodles in one of the photos and going skinny dipping in another.
In the caption, the actor mentioned how his solo trips to the Himalayas have become an annual ritual for him. Vidyut Jammwal wrote, “My retreat to the Himalayan ranges – ‘the abode of the divine’ started 14 years ago. Before I realized, it became an integral part of my life to spend 7-10 days alone- every year. Coming into the wilderness from a life of luxury and adulation, I enjoy finding my solitude and realizing the importance of knowing ‘Who I am Not’ which is the first step of knowing ‘WHO AM I’ as well as fending for myself in the quiet luxuries provided by nature.”
While a few netizens are slamming Jammwal for dropping such pictures on the internet, Ram Gopal Varma has different thoughts. The filmmaker took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle to compare the actor to Animal. He wrote, “Hey @VidyutJammwal I think it’s so timely that you have brought out the ANIMAL in you …you are truly looking like a GREEK GOD… A million salutes to you.”
