Packaging and Street Date Revealed for Reel Gore’s VIOLENT SHIT Remake

Reel Gore Releasing reveals details about first release VIOLENT SHIT.

Last week we broke the news about the birth of Reel Gore Releasing, the new extreme horror home video imprint co-founded by Cult Epics honcho Nico B and film producer Steve Aquilina from 8 Films.

Today, Reel Gore gave us the exclusive first look at the packaging and details for the release of their first title, director Luigi Pastore’s remake of the vulgar German gore classic trilogy VIOLENT SHIT, which will be released in a limited 3-disc DVD, Blu-ray and CD set.

The film stars Giovanni Lombardo Radice (aka Italian exploitation legend John Morghen) as The Devil, who resurrects the monstrous killer Karl the Butcher and sets him off on a vile killing spree through the streets of Rome. Goblin legend Claudio Simonetti provides the pulse-pounding score.

VIOLENT SHIT hits the street on August 9th, 2016, but you can pre-order the title RIGHT NOW. Visit the Reel Gore Releasing website (which is still a work in progress) for more details soon.

That title will be followed by MASKS (September 2016), a German giallo gore feast from director Andreas Marschall (GERMAN ANGST). Then, it’s the return of director Luigi Cozzi (CONTAMINATION) with BLOOD ON MELIES’ MOON (October 2016) with guest appearances by Dario Argento & Lamberto Bava.

Reel Gore Releasing is distributed by CAV (home of Cult Epics, Synapse, Grindhouse) in North America.
