Teresa Palmer, of zombie film Warm Bodies (pictured above), will star in Lights Out, the feature adaptation of David Sandberg’s eerie short of the same name.
Produced by New Line and The Conjuring‘s James Wan through his Atomic Monster banner, Lights Out is about “a young boy and his estranged sister who are confronted by an evil entity that only appears when the lights are out.” Sandberg’s short film is a brief bit of suspense that quickly spread around online. Eric Heisserer pens the feature script for Lights Out, which begins production Monday.
