Sifting through the stack, I found this: A People magazine photo of Michael Douglas surrounded by Frankenstein’s Monster, Dracula, the Wolf Man, the Mummy and the Gill Man at the 1987 premiere part for The Monster Squad.
The bash was thrown at the Hard Rock Cafe in New York City. Douglas was hitting it big that year, having starred in Wall Street and Fatal Attraction.
What I think is especially cool is that that party actually feature performers in full make-up!
The Monster Squad was release on August 14, 1987.
