?In the wake of this week's poster drop, the full trailer for The Green Inferno has made its premiere. This one gives you a much better look at Eli Roth's latest directorial effort and provides you with a bit of the set-up that drives the meat, er, characters into the jungle where they will encounter a tribe of cannibals.
Open Road releases the film on September 5th.
Directed and co-written by Roth (with Guillermo Amoedo), The Green Inferno stars Lorenza Izzo, Ariel Levy, Daryl Sabara and Kirby Bliss Blanton and follows a group of student activists who from New York City travel to the Amazon to protect a dying tribe, but crash in the jungle and are taken hostage by the very natives they saved.
