Christopher Landon of the Paranormal Activity series is directing for Paramount.
The film is exactly what you think based on that title: Boys scouts must use the skills they’ve learned to take on the undead during a zombie apocalypse. The project has been in the cards for some time for the studio. This is the most traction it has seen. THR says Sheridan “will play the budding honors student who’s handsome and athletic but doesn’t know it yet, still lacking the confidence needed to talk to girls he likes.”
When we spoke to Landon recently, he told us the film is Superbad meets The Walking Dead. He also informed us shooting begins in May.
