According to Variety, they’re going to tackle Among the Living which “turns on three youngsters who skip school, wander around an abandoned amusement park and suddenly see a woman in chains being dragged through a field by a man in a clown’s mask.”
Apparently, this man sees the boys and shit gets crazy in the IT sort of way (the villain is apparently some sort of creature).
An abandoned amusement park? Given Bustillo and Maury have a strong visual style, Among the Living will be promising. In fact, all of this sounds great.
Shooting is expected to begin in early 2013.
