Horror films have explored astute children who can see ghosts or “dead people,” but Within steers the formula in a slightly new direction.
Hanelle Culpepper’s film concerns Rachel Weiss, a girl with a troubled soul caused by a unique gift – she can see evil spirits within others. After witnessing the brutal killing of her mother, Rachel and her father look for a fresh start by moving to a small town.
Mia Ford leads the cast as Weiss. She’s joined by Lori Heuring (Hunger) and Sam Jaeger. You can watch a full trailer at Within-TheMovie.com.
