And, His Name Was Jason on the big screen
This is a rather big week for us here at ShockTillYouDrop.com. One that has this editor antsy. Eager. A kid feeling like I’m counting down to Christmas. Warner Bros. is preparing two days of Voorhees madness for us this Friday and Saturday when we finally get to see Friday the 13th (set visit) and, later, reunite with the cast and crew for a new wave of interviews.
Here’s where you come in.
ShockTillYouDrop.com is scheduled to talk to Jason Voorhees. Well, not the Voorhees per se, he’s not a very good interviewee. I’m going to gab with Derek Mears and since we’ve talked to him once already I figured I’d offer the chance for you, dear reader, to throw a few questions you’re dying to have answered his way.
E-mail me at ryanrot@gmail.com with your name and a question or two. You’ve got until this Friday; at that point I’ll sift through the queries, choose the best and bring ’em with me to our video interview. I’ll make sure Mears knows who’s asking the questions.
On another note, if you live in the Los Angeles area, Starz is giving you a chance to see the Friday the 13th documentary His Name Was Jason on the big screen. A special sneak preview will play at the New Beverly (7165 West Beverly Blvd.) January 30th at midnight before hitting DVD on February 3rd. Special guests are expected. See ya there!
