Stewart Revisits ’80s Horror in Tease

From the producers of Midnight Man

These are great times for writer-director Scott Stewart. Once a pixel pusher over at the visual effects house The Orphanage, he’s now the helmer of the supernatural horror film Legion coming in 2010 from Screen Gems. Up next is Priest, once again for Sony, based on a script by Cory Goodman.

ShockTillYouDrop.com successful streak is being felt elsewhere. One of Stewart’s original screenplays is in development over at Fortress Features (Midnight Man). Called Tease, Fortress describes the film as “a fresh spin on the 1980’s teen horror genre.”

No word yet as to what stage the project is at. Fortress is also at work on the Edgar Allen Poe film Lighthouse at the End of the World.
