Paramount’s Tale of Two Sisters remake
Dreamworks has decided to set a January 30, 2009 release date for The Uninvited, Thomas and Charles Guard’s remake of A Tale of Two Sisters. The film will come in the wake of a busy January release slate featuring My Blood Valentine 3-D and Underworld 3: Rise of the Lycans. Yes, Dimension says they’ve got a lock on January 9th for Hellraiser, but we suspect that will change.
Uninvited tells the story of two sisters who return home to their father after spending time in a mental institution. Their recovery is hindered by their cruel stepmother’s obsessiveness and an interfering ghost.
