Remake of Brian DePalma’s ’73 thriller
Douglas Buck’s Sisters update will finally be seen when Image Entertainment brings the lil’ darlings home on DVD March 11th. Fangoria scored an exclusive look at the trailer which you can find here.
Where Margot Kidder pulled double duty playing two roles in Brian DePalma’s original, the leading lady here is Chloe Sevigny. In the film a pair of Siamese twins are separated and one is forced to live a sheltered existence under the watchful eye of a controlling psychiatrist (played by Stephen Rea).
Image’s DVD will arrive with director commentary, featurettes and deleted scenes.
