Actress to star with Law, Whitaker
According to The Hollywood Reporter, actress Alice Braga (I Am Legend) is joining the cast of Universal’s Repossession Mambo.
Braga will play “Beth” opposite Jude Law’s character, Remy, a repo man who goes on the run when he can’t make the payment on his artificial organs. Beth is his estranged wife, another artificial organ carrier, who opts to join Remy in his flight from a former partner.
Filming begins this October in Toronto with director Miguel Sapochnik at the helm. This will make two organ repo flicks shooting in that area. Darren Lynn Bousman will be well underway on his horror rock musical Repo! The Genetic Opera by then.
