Cobra Kai Season 6: What Is the New Dojo’s Name?

Part 1 of Cobra Kai Season 6 is slated to release on Thursday, July 18. Since the announcement, viewers have been curious about the name of Johnny and Daniel’s combined dojo. Netflix recently released the first eight minutes of the sixth season premiere. It shows that the enmity between the karate practitioners in the San Fernando Valley is almost gone. This is because the dojo has been shut down.

Daniel and Johnny have merged their karate schools. Now, they are preparing the students for Sekai Taikai, an international competition deemed the Olympic of karate competitions.

As Daniel, Johnny, and Chozen decide how to proceed with the lessons, the students declare that they have come up with a name for the combined dojo. However, the clip ends before they reveal what it is. Here is what we think the dojo’s name can be.

What is the name of Daniel LaRusso and Johnny’s dojo in Cobra Kai Season 6?

The new dojo is unlikely to be named Miyagi-do or Eagle Fang Karate, even though Johnny suggested the former and Daniel the latter. The new dojo signifies a new beginning for everyone involved, so it needs to have a new name.

In season 6, the protagonists do not have any visible adversaries, which is evident from the start. Cobra Kai has been shut down, Silver is in jail, and Kreese is on the run. However, it’s safe to presume that Kreese will return at some point and play a critical role in the remaining part of the series. But for now, the students can prepare for Sekai Taikai in peace, and the dojo’s name will probably reflect that.

In the season 4 finale, Daniel calls his and Johnny’s combined style “Miyagi-fang,” which can be an excellent name for the dojo. It will be interesting to see whether the students have come up with the same name or something completely different.
