The workplace romance Chinese drama As Beautiful as You, featuring Xu Kai and Tan Songyun in the lead roles, released episode 11 on July 8, 2024. As seen in the official trailer, Han Ting (Xu Kai) becomes Ji Xing’s (Tan Songyun) benefactor after she resigns from her job on a whim to pursue entrepreneurship. Previously, in episode 10, viewers witnessed Han Ting showing his caring side to Ji Xing. Episode 11 focuses on Han Ting being upset with Ji Xing.
In this episode, Han Ting has a meal with Ji Xing and her mother. Ji Xing promises to read his comments carefully when she gets back home. Further into the episode, Ji Xing catches up with her mother. Mrs. Ji is worried about her daughter’s frailty. She advises that it is okay for her to be ordinary, as long as she is not worn out. Ji Xing insists she is fine, but her mother is not convinced.
Mrs. Ji advises her to let go of the past and to stop dwelling into what has already gone. She further says many people pass us by in our lifetime, but that shouldn’t stop us from pursuing the future. Ji Xing is unsure if she will find true love. Meanwhile, spending time with Ji Xing’s loving family has Han Ting thinking about his own parents. He reminisces about his childhood days and the sad day his mother passed away. He remembers how he cried at the hospital, hiding behind his father.

Ji Xing’s mother is happy that she can spend time with her daughter. Previously, Ji Xing was busy with her job and barely had any free time. Mrs. Jing asks her to come home for the spring festival. She lets her daughter know how much she admires Han Ting for being mature.
Ji Xing visits Han Ting’s office and meets with his assistant, Mr. Tang. But unknown to her, Tang is on a call with Mr. Han. Ji Xing reveals the plans she has made for the office and how she needs to solve some of them before the spring festival begins. She urges Tang to keep it from Han Ting, as she doesn’t want to cause any inconvenience to him. But Han Ting hears everything and asks her to come to his office.
Why is Xu Kai upset with Tan Songyun?
He asks Ji Xing why she didn’t come to him directly. Han Ting offers to buy her a 3D printer through the company’s channel. But Ji Xing turns down the generous offer. She calls her friend, Li Li, and asks for her help.
Meanwhile, the man who harassed Li Li decides to divorce his wife, and the wife posts malicious and hateful comments towards Li Li on the internet. When Ji Xing sees the posts, she starts to worry for her friend. Meanwhile, Li Li manages to find a seller. Ji Xing’s tension goes away when she hears her cheerful voice.
The seller, Beili, puts them on a wait list for as long as six months. Furthermore, he refuses to negotiate on the price. But his whole attitude changes when he hears Han Ting’s name.
What happens in As Beautiful As You episode 11’s ending?
Li Li and Ji Xing meet with Beili’s owner for a meal. He asks her to introduce them to Han Ting. In a turn of events, Ms. Zeng and Han Ting also come to have a meal at the same restaurant. When Han Ting hears Ji Xing using his name, he gets upset.
He confronts Ji Xing and asks her if she is content with using his name to get further. He tries to get close to her as a way of teaching her a lesson. The whole situation freaks Ji Xing out.
