Black Clover (Season 3)

Based on Yuki Yabata’s manga series, Studio Pierrot adapted Black Clover into a 170-episode anime television series. The series aired in October 2017 and finished airing in March 2021. Later, Netflix licensed the series when it was adapted into an anime film. Black Clover Season 3 has been available on Netflix since Saturday, June 1, 2024.

The plot of Black Clover revolves around Asta and Yuno, two orphans who strive to find their ways in a world where magic is valuable. While people are born with magic, Asta lacks mana. However, Yuno is a magical genius. Black Clover covers a tale of friendship and rivalry through Asta and Yuno.

Baki Hanma VS Kengan Ashura (2024)

Bringing together Ohma Tokita from Kengan Ashura and the titular protagonist of Baki Hanma, TMS Entertainment produced the cross-over ONA film while Netflix released it worldwide. The anime film, directed by Toshiki Hirano, was released on Thursday, June 6, 2024.

Baki Hanma VS Kengan Ashura features major characters from both anime series. They take part in the Underground Arena to contend for the title of the strongest fighter. Some of the most exciting battles in the anime include Saw Paing Yoroizuka vs. Kaoru Hanayama, Raian Kure vs. Jack Hammer, and Baki Hanma vs. Ouma Tokita. Each of these brawls turns chaotic with interference, power struggles, and friendly rivalry.

Ultraman: Rising

Stemming from the Ultraman franchise, Ultraman: Rising is a science fiction Netflix original film coming to the streaming platform on Friday, June 14, 2024. It is the 44th project of the Ultraman franchise, which will be co-produced by Netflix Animation and Tsuburaya Productions.

The film’s premise revolves around Ken Sato, a baseball player driven by his ego. Behind his guise as a sportsman, he is an enigmatic superhero called Ultraman. The protagonist lives a dual life while catering to a little kaiju after he defeats her mother.

Rising Impact (Season 1)

Rising Impact is a new and upcoming original net animation (ONA) based on Nakaba Suzuki’s Sports manga series of the same name. Lay-duce is producing the anime while Hitoshi Nanba is directing it. Rising Impact Season 1 will be available for streaming on Netflix on Saturday, June 22, 2024, while Season 2 will be released on Tuesday, August 6, 2024.

The narrative is based on a young baseball player, Gawain. He lives in a hilly area, far away from city exposure. Gawain finds balls intriguing and likes making them fly. When a mysterious woman introduces him to golf, he finds himself invested in the sport. This later encourages him to venture to Tokyo and learn golf.

The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse (Season 1: Part 2)

On Thursday, June 27, Netflix will release The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse Season 1 Part 2. The Netflix original anime series is based on Nakaba Suzuki’s high fantasy manga. It is a sequel to The Seven Deadly Sins, which ended in March 2020. While the first season is available for streaming on Netflix, Season 2 will premiere in October 2024.

The story centers around Percival, who lives on a mountain with his grandfather, Varghese. One fateful day, a Holy Knight arrives at their abode, suspecting that Varghese is one of the Four Knights of the Apocalypse. As such, he attacks Percival and his grandfather. The plot unwinds when, while dying, Varghese informs Percival that the Holy Knight is his father. Hence, it becomes Percival’s duty to find the Holy Knight who killed his grandfather, Ironside.
