Disney Plus‘s new TV and movie releases for June 10-16 2024 include new episodes of Star Wars: The Acolyte and Doctor Who series 14.
Starting on Tuesday, June 11, Star Wars fans can tune into Disney Plus to check out a new episode of The Acolyte, Episode 3. The Acolyte is the latest installment of the Star Wars franchise. It takes place about 100 years before the events of Star Wars: The Phantom Menace and follows a Jedi Master and his former Padawan who investigate a conspiracy that threatens the lives of various Jedi Knights and Masters.
Then on June 14, Friday, a new episode of Doctor Who series 14 hits Disney Plus. The new series stars Ncuti Gatwa and Millie Gibson as Fifteenth Doctor and Ruby Sunday, respectively. The duo goes on various adventures in the show spanning different time periods.
The other Disney Plus releases set to take place this week include two episodes of Fiennes Return to the Wild Season 1 and four episodes of SuperKitties Season 2.
Fiennes Return to the Wild is a National Geographic series that focuses on Sir Ranulph Fiennes and his cousin Joseph Fiennes, a notable actor. They travel across British Columbia’s harsh landscapes and explore the sceneries the surrounding areas have to offer. During their journey, the brothers discuss Ranulph Fiennes’ various accomplishments and his diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease, among other things.
Meanwhile, Superkitties is a kids’ animated series that follows four kitten superheroes who protect Kittydale from various villains.
