Kusakabe activates New Shadow Style Simple Domain. Sukuna uses his slash attacks but Kusakabe blocks using his sword. Kusakabe’s cursed energy output is greater inside his Domain but Sukuna’s is weaker. He also has a system that allows him to attack anything entering his Domain.
Kusakabe has been reading Sukuna’s cursed energy and movement to cope with his slashes. But Sukuna sends slash attacks that Kusakabe narrowly avoids. Kusakabe notices Sukuna used zero motion on his cursed technique.
Nanami, Mei Mei, and Gojo continue commending Kusakabe in a flashback. They call him an expert swordsman, useful, adaptable, and skilled in using a Simple Domain. Kusakabe uses a barrage-type attack that does multiple cuts. His sword breaks and him and Sukuna fight hand-to-hand. He notices it’s unlike him to fight hard, but he remembers he’s indebted to Principal Yaga.
The Jujutsu High mentors consider Kusakabe the strongest grade 1 sorcerer because he’s extremely kind. Kusakabe forms a blade-shaped aura on his broken sword, but Sukuna grabs the end of the blade before Kusakabe can attack.
Suddenly, Kusakabe is on the ground with a slashed chest. Ui Ui appears but before Sukuna can attack him, Miguel shows up.
