As of February 2024, FBI: International hasn’t been renewed for the fourth season. Season 3 recently premiered, and it’s probably safe to assume that CBS will assess how it performs with the audience before making any decision on the subject. However, the show is part of Dick Wolf’s FBI’s franchise. So, if there is a narrative scrope for it, the fourth season will likely happen. All shows of the FBI franchise not only debut together each year but also are renewed together.
For instance, in May 2022, FBI: International was greenlit for Seasons 2 and 3, FBI for Seasons 5 and 6, and FBI: Most Wanted for Seasons 4 and 5. This same pattern will likely be followed in the future. The delay in the release of Season 3 was probably due to Hollywood strikes.
