A viral video supposedly involving Drake has leaked online on X (formerly Twitter), and fans are wondering what it is about, why the rapper/singer is trending, and if the video is real or a fake. Here is all you need to know about it.
What is Drake’s viral Twitter video?
The viral Twitter video is allegedly a leaked tape of the singer showcasing his private parts.
On Monday, an alleged leaked video supposedly involving Drake performing a lewd act surfaced online. The video allegedly shows the rapper-musician filming himself in a compromising situation. The clip has not been posted here because of its explicit nature. As of writing, the original account that had posted the video has been suspended.
The viral clip has invited a wide variety of reactions online across social media on X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch. While some expressed shock, others made memes and GIFs with captions appropriate to their reaction:
However, it is important to note that the identity of the person featured in the video is unconfirmed, as the face is mostly covered by the phone that was used to film the act. Drake also hasn’t officially responded to the alleged leak, meaning that the identity of the individual involved in the video clip isn’t necessarily the ‘Polar Opposites’ artist.
After the video went viral, Kick streamer Adin Ross claimed that he reached out to Drake and sent a voice note to the rapper, explaining the video they saw. Ross streamed the voice note to his viewers:
Ross later claimed that Drake replied to his voice note with “eight laughing emojis,” adding that he could use Ross’ voice note as “his next album intro.”
