Meet the New Overwatch Hero, Ana
Blizzard Entertainment has announced the first new Overwatch hero to join the roster of the popular team shooter: Ana. You can check out the gameplay trailer and origin story video in the players below!
Ana, the mother of another Overwatch hero (Pharah), is equipped with a Biotic Rifle that allows her to both restore health to her allies or deal ongoing damage to her enemies from a distance. In addition she has a sleep dart, capable of rendering enemies unconscious; a Biotic grenade that can damage enemies and heal allies; and her ultimate ability of the Nano Boost, a combat boost given to one of her teammates enabling them with faster speed, more damage, and damage resistance.
No official date was given for when Ana will be making her official debut in Overwatch but Blizzard revealed the timetable for her release as “soon.”
