In addition to Poulter, the cast for Little Hope includes the return of Pip Torrens as the all-seeing Curator narrating the story and guiding players through their decisions, with other newcomers including Ellen Davis (Goon), Scott Haining (The Innocents) and David Smith (Coronation Street).

The Dark Pictures Anthology began with the 2019 ocean-set story Man of Medan starring Shawn Ashmore (Quantum Break), which received generally favorable reviews from critics and fans and was nominated for Best Multiplayer Game at the 2019 Golden Joystick Awards and sold fairly well, only falling short to Supermassive’s 2015 survival horror Until Dawn, which launched with the PlayStation 4.
