Yu-Gi-Oh is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2024, and Konami is joining in on the festivities with the Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection.
During a special event in Tokyo, the company announced that they were releasing a game collection on the Nintendo Switch and Steam that bundles together some of the earliest Yu-Gi-Oh video game titles. The bundle, titled Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection will feature not only early games in the iconic franchise’s history but also some titles that were only ever released in Japan.
What games will be in Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection?
So far, Konami has only revealed one game that will be included in the bundle, Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters 4: Battle of Great Duelists, a Game Boy Color title that launched in Japan in 2000 and was never released in the West.
Konami said more titles are going to be announced in the future, and with a lot of Yu-Gi-Oh games available to choose from, it’s anyone’s guess as to what will be included.
Currently, no release date information on Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection is available.
