In a brief video shared on social media, Nintendo teased the product, showcasing the iconic yellow question block found in Mario games. However, not only does the block sit as its own decoration, but it also opens up, showcasing four different landscapes themed around Super Mario 64.

One section of the build shows off Cool, Cool Mountain, where players find the infamous baby penguin and other tough-to-get stars. The other shows off the first section of the game, Bob-omb Battlefield, complete with its very own King Bob-omb sitting at the top of the mountain like he is in the video game. Inside the block sits Lethal Lava Land, hidden away and down below everything similar to where it’s found in the game in the basement of Peach’s castle.

Finally, the last area is Princess Peach’s castle, which sits above everything and comes with a Lego version of Peach, Mario, and even the Koopa that sits on a cloud with a camera that has become just as infamous in the game.

The LEGO kit comes in at an astonishing 2,064-pieces and will release exclusively at Lego stores and on Lego.com on October 1, 2021. The Lego kit will retail for $170, which is a bit pricey but is an incredible piece of engineering, even for Legos standards.
