The world of Dragon Ball Z is soaring onto the Nintendo Switch yet again. Nintendo announced during its E3 2021 Direct presentation that a Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Switch port would be arriving on September 24, 2021. The game is already on the eShop but it doesn’t yet have a price attached.

The Switch version of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will also include the first two DLC packs for the game. Titled A New Power Awakens, these expansions contain even more of the iconic storyline from the world of Dragon Ball. They even include additional storylines and sees players getting introduced to other characters from Dragon Ball Super as Goku and Vegeta uncover their Super Saiyan God forms. Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, which launched in January 2020 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, is a semi-open-world action RPG that allows players to jump into the storylines of various Dragon Ball arcs. Throughout the game, players will face off against many of the iconic foes from the Dragon Ball Z anime, including Frieza, Cell, Majin Buu, and more.
