The upcoming medical C-drama Live Surgery Room is all set to meet viewers on April 6, 2024. It features Vin Zhang, Dai Xu, and Liu Min Tao in the lead roles. It is an adaptation of the novel “Shou Shu Zhi Bo Jian” by Zhen Xiong Chu Mo. The C-drama tells the story of Zheng Ren (Vin Zhang), who sacrifices everything to fulfill his father’s dying wish and become a successful doctor. Thus, he joins Haicheng Hospital. On the other hand, Su Yun (Dai Xu) is a genius who notices Zheng Ren’s unorthodox methods and decides to get to know him better.
Zheng Ren successfully treats many complex cases, like saving a patient during a Whipple procedure. As time goes by, Su Yun comes to admire him even more. The two develop a strong bond. Su Yun learns about his considerate nature while working side by side with him on the frontline rescue team after an earthquake. Meanwhile, they are faced with a complex case. The duo join hands to handle the case of conjoined twins.

Qiu Zhong Wei is the director of the drama.
Live Surgery Room will release a total of 28 episodes, which will be available for streaming on Youku and JSTV.
