Mission: Yozakura Family episode 19 recap
Episode 19 of Mission: Yozakura Family begins with Suo and Oga infiltrating one of Makoto’s facilities and finding vats of Hazakura. However, the facility explodes before they can do anything. Meanwhile, Mutsumi asks Ayaka if they have had any luck following up her lead on Tanpopo. The latter tells Mutsumi it is a dead end, but she and the Hinagaiku are still looking.
Elsewhere, Taiyo infiltrates Tanpopo’s train, where Momo Yozakura and Makoto are seen having lunch together. He enters the train as a porter and spends his time attending to the needs of his passengers. While fulfilling one of his tasks, he accidentally drops Yae, but a kind passenger named Shirai helps him retrieve it.
He then notices that the train has been filled with hallucinatory gas, making him see things that weren’t there. After destroying the glass so the gas can escape, he confronts Momo and Makoto. Meanwhile, at the mansion, Shion shows Futaba and Mutsumi that their dad is on the train with Taiyo.
The protagonist holds them at gunpoint and tries to stun them, but Shirai enters and traps him with her hair. Makoto reveals that she is 100% compatible with the Hazakura. He attempts to gather data by getting them to fight each other while he watches with Momo on the other train. Taiyo tries his best to deal with her, but her insulated hair renders Yae useless. The episode ends with Taiyo revealing Yae’s sword form.
