Viral Hit episode 9 recap
The episode starts with Bomi getting bugged by a mysterious customer at work. He asks her for her number, but she politely declines. The episode reveals how Hobin’s victory over Taehun had painted a bullseye on his back. Back at school, Hobin celebrates his newfound popularity with Jihyeok.
Meanwhile, Gaeul is filmed without permission and bullied by Pakgo’s crew, who are looking to draw out Hobin. Snapper then tries to help, but is left quaking in his shoes. However, Hobin arrives in the nick of time to save them. He is surprised to see how tall they are, but he notices they lack the intimidating presence Taehun had. Hobin attempts to punch them. However, the fight is interrupted by Munseong, who settles the confrontation.
He thanks Munseong for saving him and is overwhelmed with joy. Munseong tells him to call Bomi, as she doesn’t deserve to be ghosted. The next day, Hobin arrives at Bomi’s workplace to fix things, but she ignores him. After seeing his effort, she decides to listen to him but asks about Gaeul. Interestingly, Gaeul arrives at the moment and helps Hobin fix things with Bomi, even though she has feelings for him. The episode ends with Pakgo and his crew startling Bomi while trying to run her over with a car.
