Bucchigiri?! episode 7 recap: Arajin and Matakara revive their friendship
Before the upcoming episode, Bucchigiri?! released a recap episode for the previous 7 episodes. It was called episode 7.5, and it showed Genki Okawa, the voice actor of the lead character, Arajin, narrating everything that happened in the anime till the previous episode. However, after a week’s wait, the anime released episode 7. It showed Arajin visiting Marito in the hospital to see Mahoro, who is caring for her brother.
In the episode, Matakara talks about his brother, Mitsukini, with Arajin. With the latter finally coming to terms with Matakara, the latter reveals how his brother got imprisoned in a juvie after he assaulted a policeman. However, he did so only because the policeman was forcing his friends into drug dealing.
Upon reaching the hospital, Marito invites Arajin to a “double date.” From how it sounds, Arajin assumes it to be a romantic date and fantasizes about it. However, he discovers later that it was a group combat date featuring Siguma and Minato Kai group members. As such, various members from both the squads fight with one another. After a series of humorous moments, the episode ends with Matakara launching a winning blow on Marito.
