Based on the best-selling pair of memoirs from father and son David and Nic Sheff, Beautiful Boy chronicles the heartbreaking and inspiring experience of surviv al, relapse, and recovery in a family coping with addiction over many years.
Directed by Felix van Groeningen (The Broken Circle Breakdown) from a screenplay by Luke Davies (Lion) and van Groeningen, Amazon will release Beautiful Boy in theaters on October 12, 2018.
