"Fear is born" says the one-sheet for NBC's Rosemary's Baby. If that tagline sounds familiar, it's because it is the same one used for Devil's Due…a Rosemary's Baby-esque found footage thriller that hit theaters in January!
Directed by Agnieszka Holland, this new Rosemary's Baby will serve as a mini-series and is an adaptation of the novel by Ira Levin. It's changing things up a bit by setting the story in Paris now. Zoe Saldana, Patrick J. Adams and Jason Isaacs star.
In the story, Rosemary is the iconic young wife and would-be mother who, with her husband, moves into a Paris apartment that has a darkly storied past. After finally getting pregnant, she becomes increasingly suspicious that both her husband and their mysterious neighbors have ulterior motives about the future of her child.
