Emmy nominee Kaley Cuoco took to Instagram to confirm that production on the upcoming second season of The Flight Attendant has finally been completed after seven months of filming in three countries. The acclaimed comedy-drama is expected to make its HBO Max return this spring.
Cuoco shared the news with a brand new set video featuring The Big Bang Theory vet as she gets emotional while recalling the “mega highs and lows,” that the cast and crew have endured while filming during an ongoing pandemic. She also expressed how grateful she is for their hard work and dedication for the last seven months.

Based on the novel of the same name by New York Times best-selling author Chris Bohjalian, The Flight Attendant is a dark comedic thriller that begins when a flight attendant wakes up in the wrong hotel, in the wrong bed, with a dead man and no idea what happened.
“Season 2 will find Kaley Cuoco’s Cassie living her best sober life in Los Angeles while moonlighting as a CIA asset in her spare time,” reads the official logline. “But when an overseas assignment leads her to inadvertently witness a murder, she becomes entangled in another international intrigue.”
The series currently stars Kaley Cuoco (The Big Bang Theory, Harley Quinn), Rosie Perez (Birds of Prey), T.R. Knight (Grey’s Anatomy), Zosia Mamet (Girls), Deniz Akdeniz, Griffin Matthews, Yasha Jackson, and Audrey Grace Marshall.

Joining them in the new season are Emmy and Golden Globe winner Sharon Stone, Cheryl Hines, Jessie Ennis, Mae Martin, Margaret Cho, Santiago Cabrera, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Mo McRae, Callie Hernandez, and J.J. Soria.
The Flight Attendant is created and executive produced by Steve Yockey. It is also executive produced by Cuoco, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Meredith Lavander, Marcie Ulin, and Susanna Fogel.
