As the film gears up to begin production this week in Los Angeles, Ouija has added four new cast members. The Hollywood Reporter today brings word that Vivis Colombetti (Paranormal Activity 2), Ana Coto (DisCONNECTED), Erin Moriarty (The Kings of Summer) and Bianca Santos (“The Fosters”) are set to join the previously-announced Olivia Cooke, Daren Kagasoff and Douglas Smith.
The film, written and directed by Juliet Snowden and Stiles White, concerns a group of friends who use the Ouija board in an attempt to reach out to a recently deceased friend. Instead, they open their lives to a dark force.
Universal will distribute with Platinum Dunes and Blumhouse Productions producing.
