Former WWE Tag Team Champion Chad Gable, leader of the Alpha Academy, recently re-signed with WWE. Gable, who recently teamed up with The Creed Brothers, has been going back and forth with The Wyatt Sicks.
Last week’s WWE RAW main event showcased a six-man tag team match. The match featured Gable and The Creed Brothers against Eric Rowan, Joe Gacy, and Dexter Lumis. Before Gable got into a feud with The Wyatt Sicks, he was involved in a heated rivalry with Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental Championship. Chad Gable faced Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental Championship at Clash at the Castle in Scotland. After this highly anticipated match, reports emerged that Gable’s contract was set to expire with WWE.
A few days before Clash at the Castle, Chad Gable confirmed his future with WWE in an interview with Gorilla Position. He revealed that he had re-signed a new deal with the WWE. In a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet, he revealed the length of his new contract.
Chad Gable confirms signing a three-year deal with WWE
Former leader of The Alpha Academy Chad Gable recently appeared on the Insight with Chris Van Vliet show, where he shared that he has signed a new three-year contract with WWE. He expressed his excitement about extending his relationship with the company, highlighting how WWE has provided him with incredible opportunities.
He stated, “I just re-signed with the company for three more years. To extend my relationship with the company that has done so much for me, afford me things that I never thought I would be able to do, travel around the world and back 100 times it feels like. See things I never would have saw. meet people I never would have met, and just live a childhood dream, which so many people never get to do. How could I not be grateful for that? To continue that relationship, I’m so excited.”
He continued, “To end my career, if you ask me, I have ten years left in me. I feel physically as good as I ever have. To be hitting a peak, I feel, of my career at this point is awesome. I’m excited for the future. We both wanted it. I wanted to stay here, and I think, hopefully, they wanted me to stay here, too. We’ve been mutually beneficial for each other. I love everything the company does.”
With Chad Gable re-signing with WWE for three more years, it will be interesting to see when WWE decides to put a singles title on him.
