The intense promo between Bo Dallas and Uncle Howdy on RAW has received comments from WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray. The Wyatt Six debuted alongside Uncle Howdy, who was portrayed by Bo Dallas. For the first time since 2019, fans have seen Bo Dallas’ face as he comes face-to-face with none other than Uncle Howdy on WWE RAW.
This all began when Chad Gable had just won his Money in the Bank qualifying match. He was confronted by The Wyatt Sicks member, Nikki Cross, who frightened him away. As Gable exited the ring, Cross turned her attention towards commentator Michael Cole. She approached him with a package and then left the arena. Confused and scared, Cole opened the package to find a VHS tape. He handed the tape over to the production staff.
Later on the show, WWE played the VHS tape, which showcased Uncle Howdy sitting across from Bo Dallas. The tape showed Uncle Howdy questioning Dallas about his brother, Bray Wyatt. He further asked how it feels to lose a brother and even blamed him for exploiting Bray Wyatt’s legacy.
Dallas responded, explaining that no one feels the pain he does from losing his brother. He emphasized that no one on Earth is more hurt by Bray Wyatt’s loss or understands his feelings. The intense promo between Dallas and Howdy amazed the fans. Notably, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray offered a unique perspective on Bo Dallas’ recent promo on WWE RAW.
Bully Ray says Bo Dallas’ promo was more personal than it seemed
Speaking on Busted Open Radio, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray suggested that fans didn’t see Bo Dallas in the promo with Uncle Howdy. He believes they witnessed Taylor Rotunda expressing genuine emotion. He stated, “I don’t think we heard from Bo Dallas last night. I think we heard from Taylor Rotunda,” Bully guessed. “Bo Dallas is some name that they picked off a piece of paper when he went to NXT…There was no Bo Dallas in that kid sitting across from Uncle Howdy.”
He continued, “That was the brother of Windham Rotunda; his name is Taylor Rotunda. When I saw that, and I listened…there was no acting last night with Taylor. That was as real as it gets. Real emotion. Real feeling. You’re hearing from the real person who really went through his brother’s untimely death. Taylor Rotunda accomplished more in that five minutes than Bo Dallas ever accomplished in his career.”
Following this intense promo footage of Dallas and Uncle Howdy, it will be interesting to see the plan for The Wyatt Six next.
