Grey’s Anatomy spinoff Station 19 debuts scorching trailer
ABC has released its first 30-second teaser trailer for their upcoming spinoff of their monstrous hospital drama, Grey’s Anatomy. Station 19 is the upcoming series set in a Seattle firehouse and takes place three blocks down from the famed Seattle Grace Hospital. The teaser was released on the show’s official Twitter page with a full trailer set to debut during tonight’s episode of Grey’s Anatomy, which is sure to cause immense excitement among many diehard fans.
The series follows the relationships and perils of the hardworking crew of the Station 19 firehouse who operate as both firefighters and trained EMTs. Pruitt works as the mentor to both Andy and Jack Gibson (Grey Damon), Station 19’s lieutenant. Andy and Jack may be complete opposites, however “when these two are together, sparks fly and opposites attract.”
Other characters of the ensemble cast include rookie Ben Warren (Jason George), the Station favorite Travis Montgomery (Jay Hayden), Andy’s former flame Ryan Tanner (Alberto Frezza) and her best friend/confidant Maya Bishop (Danielle Savre). Viewers are treated with glimpses of the firehouse crew in the teaser with Grey‘s star Ellen Pompeo making a cameo as she stoically delivers the line “put your game face on.”
