Netflix has your Jason Momoa fix with the new Frontier trailer, which you can check out below! The Discovery Canada show, which has already been renewed for a second season, stars Momoa (Justice League, Aquaman, Game of Thrones) as Declan Harp, a part-Irish, part-native American outlaw campaigning to breach the fur trade.
The series is an action-packed adventure drama following the chaotic and violent struggle to control wealth and power in the North American fur trade in the late 18th century. Told from multiple perspectives, the series takes place in a world where business negotiations might be resolved with close-quarter hatchet fights, and where delicate relations between Native tribes and Europeans can spark bloody conflicts.
Frontier is co-created by Rob and Peter Blackie, and produced by Take The Shot Productions together with their partners at ASAP Entertainment, in association with Discovery, the exclusive Canadian broadcaster. Netflix is the international partner. Edwina Follows is Executive Producer for Discovery, and Ken MacDonald is Vice-President and General Manager, Discovery.
