Netflix has released a new clip from the upcoming fifth season of Cobra Kai, which is scheduled to make its return on Friday, September 9. The video features Chozen as he demonstrates the enemy’s controversial fighting style on Daniel. It also teases that fans should expect to see a more ruthless version of Cobra Kai under the full control of Terry Silver.

In Cobra Kai, Ralph Macchio and William Zabka revisit their star-making roles from the iconic film franchise, The Karate Kid. The epic adversaries return to the dojo thirty years after the events of the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament. A down-and-out Johnny Lawrence (Zabka) seeks redemption by reopening the infamous Cobra Kai karate dojo, reigniting his rivalry with a now-successful Daniel LaRusso (Macchio), who has been struggling to maintain balance in his life without the guidance of his mentor, Mr. Miyagi.
It also stars Xolo Maridueña, Tanner Buchanan, Mary Mouser, Peyton List, Courtney Henggeler, Vanessa Rubio, Jacob Bertrand, Gianni Decenzo, and Martin Kove. Season five will once again feature the return of Karate Kid II alum Yuki Okumoto as Chozen.
